Jack Lott talks about a 450 Alaskan in the Big Bore article (Page 28 & 32), the .33WCF necked up to .458 - a vastly different animal again!

Might be the 348 necked up to 458, a 33 WCF necked up to 458 is just a 45-70!

I've been using a 33 WCf in an 1886 for Cowboy Silhouette, 250 grain cast bullets certainly knock silhouettes over without any issue.
