Re: Cooper Firearms

I have somewhere around a half dozen Coopers..ranging from .204 to 30-06...all shoot very accurately ..some of the ones I have were purchased prior to Cooper offering a repeater..have single shot rifles in .204, 220 Swift, and 6/284. All 3 of those will shoot half inch groups with certain loads...the 6/284 is a nasty little caliber..have that one shooting 70gr Blitzkings around 3900fps+..

Have a repeater in 30-06 that I purchased with the intent of one day shooting a leopard with ..figured that with a nice Swaro scope on it would be just the ticket for shooting from a blind..

Have another repeater in 6.5/284...also a very good shooter..took 2 antelope with last season..

They make a lightweight version as well that I have heard a lot of good things about..one of the local gun shops I frequent actually sent a few back to Cooper to have the triggers redone as the gun shop felt they were set too light for the masses...
