Americans' like stuff that they developed. Not invented here is why many 6.5's have been neglected by the American shooter and firearms and ammunition companies. I am not knocking this. There are far too many cartridges that do the same thing. The 7 mm's and the .30's could lose 2\3's of their numbers and really no one would miss them. The .338's and the 6.5's are now in the same boat.
