Sorry have not been on any shooting forums for a while. Almost all my reference material is boxed up ready for the move when it eventually happens.

Anyway the P-H rifles usually done by Ribgy's have this engraved or roll marked on the barrel. The stock is often finer finished with much finer checkering and maybe slightly reshaped. However they are often done, or the few that I examined several years ago were, on SILE (Italy) stocks which were the standard supplier of stocks for the later Parker-Hale rifles.

Sile also supplied BSA with stocks for the CF2 range.
