This old bird, an A1 Sako Varmint, still easily shoots 1/4" 5-shot groups at 100 meters with match bullets and IMR4198, but I prefer AA2230 & 40gr. Blue Barnes or 40gr. Vmax and H4198 running between .275" -.350" for field rats.





My old CZ in .22 Hornet Lux does OK as well.



That action is now on my .17AH, which sits in a Cooper M38 stock and seems to want to shoot.





The little Martini .17HMR does as well.






.17Remington CZ does OK too.



I found the .17Rem can make head shots at 300yards. Here's looking At'cha!
