Yes Fella's, I refer to them as Lemon Suckers (without the Tequila and Salt), as they have a permanent frown on their face.
The world has to many people that because of their upbringing, the company they keep, their circumstances, etc, feel compelled to bad mouth what ever is topical, etc....
