Hello all, this is my first post, before purchasing my rifle I did read a lot of posts by others here and found them very informative , so thank you to those who post on this forum. I've recently purchased a .275 Rigby take down made in 1924 and sighted for the 140 load. Just looking for advice from others with experience finding a load with similar ballistics to the original loading . I know Hornady make a load for the .275 , this maybe hard to get in Australia . I was wondering do any of the 7x57 factory loads duplicate the original or has anyone had success with hand loading ? I want to purchase some factory loads are there any brands others have found that are more accurate than other brands to try out ? I only have open sights & wont be altering the rifle to take a scope .I intend using my rifle for hunting and writing about it for this forum and the ADA . Thanks
