I own a Brno 7x57 (.275) mauser action full stock (Manlicher) rifle. I have recently purchased this rifle, and I want to install a scope. The butter knife bolt on the rifle may be an issue in installing a scope. Can anyone give me advise what scope, base & Rings should be installed for proper use. I am from India where hunting is banned since long. I am a member of state hunting team who help the state forest authority to eliminate the rogue animals specially leapord where Man animal conflict occurs.
