would be a serious rifle if someone make it in 45 Win mag or better in 50 Beowulf
or - 22 PeeWee or .17 PeeWee.
If there is no gas feed system to operate the bolt, it becomes a simple straight pull bolt action'd rifle.
Event an 18" bl. or any length bl. even 12"- IMPORTANT as long as the magazine is in front of the trigger guard and being 26" in length overall - it must have been manufactured that way & it would be legal here (Canada) as a non-registered long arm- useable for hunting or simply shooting if done legally.
A converted arm other than semi-auto, cannot have a barrel, if Bolt action or single shot, less than 18", or if semi auto loading, less than 18 1/2".
