Re: Warning - Carolina Precision Rifles - Fraud

Mauser416,

I do have the email chain and acknowledgement of payment and acceptance of delivery dates.

I will take your advice on filing with the AG in SC and the BBB? Good thoughts.

The police said that as it is firearm related, once a police report and insurance claim are lodged I should go to the ATF. If fraud they may theoretically be concerned with terrorism.

I've always treated this as a people / relationship business and I just don't think the gun smithing community understands how these incidents affect the community as a whole. I've dealt with some of the best people I've ever met working on my rifle projects but a few others tall the talk about respect and customers come first and then just promise the moon and never deliver.

I may have to just use factory stock rifles in the future!
