I saw quite a few retired .30-338 Match rifles at Kesselring's, Alger, Washington when I lived in Surrey, B.C. I used to buy most all my supplies at Kesselring's Gun Shop. The odd time, if pressed for time, I'd stop at Yeager's in Bellingham instead.

xausa - I still have a return to battery 6-18X44 scope that will fit those blocks as well as the apertures for the rear receiver ring and the sight block at the front end. They used to reside on my Palma Rifle.
