Finn Aagaard as we all know used quite extensively a Winchester pre 64 Model 70 .375 H&H in Afrika ;indeed it was his most favorite weapon. What many do not know however that Joe Cheffings ,Finns longtime friend and guide partner used an FN Mauser in 9.3x62. While gaining their guiding license's together and on safaris for years Finn got to witness the side by side performance literally hundreds of times of both rifles and is on record saying "that there is no difference in the killing power of a 375 H&H and a 9.3x62" If anything Finn went on to say ;is that the 9.3 might have been even slightly better. The 9.3x62 is indeed one of those rare calibers that everthing seems to be perfectly put together ;and its track record proves it.
