My pick would be:
1. 30-06 Bolt Action Model 70 crf(Deer to elk & plains game)
2. 375 HH Bolt Action Model 70 crf(Brown Bear, elk in timber large plains game & dangerous game under good conditions)
3. 470 double (when the chips are down & dirty dangerous game..........bear hunting in timber & thick cover just for fun

)

Add to that a 22 rimfire & you'd be set for life. But only having 4 rifles would be boring LOL
