I just purchased a M46 Swedish Mauser in 9.3x62. Not a rechambered 9.3x57. I believe it is actually called a M46AN. The action has the Swedish crest on the ring, is undrilled and does not have the stripper clip thumb notch. I thought all these were built on military actions with the thumb notch? Neat little rifle with the bbl band sling swivel and original plastic butt plate. I don't think the rifle has ever been hunted with, just too pristine. Looks much like a B model Orberndorf sporter. Any info on this rifle would be appreciated. Thanks.
