Igor, I have two military 98 sporters, a '36 Mex and a '35 Peruvian that have the wonderful Sako trigger with the side sliding safety and they both have the military cp with the cut out arch and work perfectly with no gunsmith modifications except for a slit cut in the bottom of the action for the bolt to lock. They are well over 30yrs old and would not replace the Sako with a Timney.
