I think you will find the 50000 for the 30/06 is for CUP....copper units of pressure.
The 65000 PSI of the 300 WSM would convert to about 54000 CUP.
Of course for a reloader both the 30/06 and 300 WSM can and do operate at whatever pressure is determined by the reloader.
