Quote:Quote: Igorrock Does the 375 length action do this as well? If this is the case there is NO WAY I would use a Sako 85 for DG. I found that if I tilted my rifle slightly to the left the case would sometimes bounce back into the receiver - and of course if not noticed an immediate jam would occur. To me Sako's error is that they have tried to turn the 75 action into a CRF action and that it is not - so now they have neither a good CRF action or a good push feed action. The Sako A7 hasa plunger type ejector in the 9 o'clock position so I am not surprised it does not suffer the same fate. I wish Sako would produce good actions like they used to - machining & quality of work is so good - its a shame the rifle is spoilt by a badly designed action. |
