I have a winchester mod70 in 7mmRM, it has a 24" barrel and runs Remington Core-Lokt factory ammunition at 3010fpsMV

Factory claims 3100fpsMV from that ammunition.
Likely tested in a 28" barrel, also likely optomistic velocity claim for their ammunition.
