Best allround rifle is definitely Finnish M28-30 "Pystykorva". Accurate, reliable and good looking.
Caliber 7,62x53R is one of the best allround calibers. And if you cant find one you can always buy M39 "Ukko-Pekka" which is allmost evenly good.
