Re: Taipan Bullets - .303 215 grain - Experiences?

I use Taipans in .224, .257, .264, .308 and .311. Mostly for target granted, but what has been used for hunting has worked flawlessly.
A lot of shooters I know in the CSR discipline won't touch them, supposedly due to quality. But another guy I know in the Hunting & Conservation group uses them in 224 and 308 for all feral shooting - no complaints from him.
I like the price, especially in 500/1000 round bulk packs. A good mate uses the 150gn 311's in his 303 for general hunting. Everything he's hit has gone down, roos (even bid reds) and pigs to around the 100kilo mark.
A cousin uses the 130HPs in his 308W on pigs and has dropped some big boars (120kilo +) out to 250Metres. No complaints from him.
I'll keep using them, unless I can get other brand pills for a better price
