I used to work at Shooter Wholesale Warehouse here in Canberra and they did from time to time have the H&H in stock (Winchester or Remington brand???).
If you are not in a hurry, you should place an order with Reliable Places like Safari Firearms etc in Sydney and if they are still available, they will track them down for you!

Another option is to re-form .375 H&H down to .30 cal?
