It is by Colin Greenwood, sometime editor of Guns Review a long defunct UK magazine that my pocket money used to get spent on. It tells of his Rigby built 350 on a genuine Mauser magnum action from 1913 and how he put it back into use.

Greenwood was a senior police officer and wrote extensively on gun control, and fortunately he was pretty much anti control as you might imagine from his retirement job as Editor of Guns Review.

No doubt his book may (hopefully) come back into fashion after the Cumbria shootings covered elsewhere on this forum.
