Hi All Years ago I bought a 22-250 Sabatti for my wife as it is a nice light rifle with good balance. We were in Far North Queensland and did not do much hunting. When we moved back home and started shooting larger numbers of pests it soon became evident that there was a basic design flaw with the rifle. It has a hinged floorplate and it is if the internal magazine is too large for the calibre. I showed it to one of my work mates and he suggested that maybe they had a few odd parts left over at the end of a run and "cobbled together this rifle". It is a real nuisance as it shoots beautifully, but after a couple of shots the bullets get all shuffled out of alignment and continually misfeeds ![]() Is it possible to do any general modifications to the magazine to remedy this problem?
