Is 257 Roberts AI that much better than the +P loads?

I picked up a container of 257 Roberts loads the other day to pull them for cases and bullets. in the bottom were some AI versions. Which have me thinking about possibly rechambering to AI. Is it really worth it these days over the +P loads?
