In your eyes maybe, but most people I know who like English guns would hardly even look at a Cogswell.
I think that would be to their own detriment.
There are C&H guns which easily fit into the "best English" category. Just depends on the particular gun. True, they did concentrate on the standard type guns primarily, but not exclusively.
