Re: Best 9.3x62 Reloading Dies?

Quote:

p.s. Curl, I am enroled on a reloading course in the UK on 6th June with the BASC as per Jabali or Brambles recommendation (sorry Guys can't remember which of you it was) so I can start reloading in the Mannlicher or the Dodd Hughes Hagn, whichever turns up first, though possibly it might be better to start with the .44 Mag in the Marlin, what powder in the .44 for 240-270 grain bullets ? best, Mike

Mike,

Good deal! I wish you were here, as I would take you under my wing and we would have fun.

For the .44 Mag. you can't beat the classic powder that Elmer Keith used - Hercules (now Alliant) 2400. The next choice is WW296. In the Marlin carbine you might like IMR4227. Any of these will work.

Keep us informed.
