nice gun indeed.
I have had a .22HP in a TD 1899 model. It was hopelessly inaccurate. The gun I had was in a mint condition. As a former winchester collector I did have always had a softspot for the Savage 1895+1899 rifles. If I one day come a cross a 32-40 or 38-55 with oct barrel, solid frame, I`ll take it....
