Remington can make some pretty good products (like my 700 XCR in .338 Win Mag w/a McMillan stock!) and my only concern is that mass production techniques and ideas will result in Dakota slipping further away from the quality they exhibited 5+ years ago. I spoke with Caprivi about this last night and he had an intersting thought in that Dakota may have been purchased in order to bear the burden of corporate debt and then be sold off. |
