my Hodgdon data manual #26 has data for a 180 using Hodgdon powder only.

for H4831; starting load 51 gr., vel. 2434, 45,600 CUP. max 54 gr, 2581, 52,000 CUP
H1000; start 57 gr, 2460, 41,500 CUP. max 60 gr, 2614, 50,300 CUP
H4350; start 46 gr, 2269, 43,600 CUP. max 48 gr, 2387, 50,100 CUP
also lists H870 but starting is 60 gr and i think you'd have a highly compressed load.
regarding case volume, think H4831 would be the call.

i think Alliant R22 or IMR 7828 could be used with the same data as the H4831 if you proceed carefully.
