That's not a flaw, that moves(spins) left to right. It's on a spring, all good.
The one thing I'm not a fan of on the new & Classic Model 70's is the two piece bolt design. The Pre-64 handle & bolt where one-piece, not so with the Classic & new M70. But saying that it's still a very strong system(crush fitted & soldered) & I would buy one in a heart beat!
