WTF! That has to be the ugliest rifle I think I have ever seen. Did the peak price of rhodium make them think this was a good idea (i.e more expensive = better)? Rhodium peaked at just over $10,000/toz back in June; current price is ~$700/toz. Blasers are an acquired taste. I don't think they translate well beyond the workhorse category. I had an LRS2 in .308 that was a terrific rifle. Hard to beat on accuracy. Ugly but very functional; some of their synthetic rifles would serve just as well, like the Professional in .375 or 9.3x62. As pieces of art? No. |
