Does anyone know if the "new" Model 70's (which I assume are controlled feed) have a bolt the same as the pre-64 Model 70's?

I ask, only because I came into possesion of a minty Model 54 .30-06, but the bolt had been lost(?). From what I have read a pre-64 bolt could be modified (safety and bolt handle) to fit. I'd really like to get this old girl up and running...
