Re: Another fantastic 22LR

Every time I see a rifle like this, I have the same thought: "Too bad the bolt is on the wrong side . . ."

Re: Another fantastic 22LR

I have a Noske scope like that one, with the windage adjustment on the left side. In my case there is no doubt about the orientation, since it has a post reticle. Now all I need is the rifle to go with it.

A good friend, who has a way with words, when anyone is complaining about their job, always says,
"well, someone has to clean Elton John's hot tub"

Re: Another fantastic 22LR

I think there is an implied comma between thanks and Elton. In other words the poster doing the thanking is Elton.

Re: Another fantastic 22LR

Haha you guys..or should i say Lancaster in particular, have made this thread weird :P

Shame Elton John wasn't having high end guns made for himself, rather than blasting a barrel where it shouldn't he could be shooting 2 at a pheasant.

Arkrunner's name is Elton - check his profile. He was just signing off with his name. Hope we haven't offended him - he's new to the forum.

Re: Another fantastic 22LR

Waidmannsheil please refrain from hijacking threads. I was named after my great uncle from Ireland and I dont sing. I just enjoy fine rifles with pretty wood and these are a work of art. The above pics were greatly appriciated by myself. Thanks from Elton
