New Ultra Light Arms model 24B

Just read an article in the NRA mag that Melvin Forbes will be more on a higher production level by joining forces with Titan Machine Products for a semi-custom model --the 24B

The customs will still be available as well..

The article stated the new model was capable of shooting 1/2 to 3/4 inch groups --weighs about 5lb 4oz , has a Timmney Trigger and will sport the Ultra Light Arms stocks..all for less than half the price of the full on custom model..for the time being it will be offered in 30-06 and 270 Win..

One difference is the 24B will have a Bulldog barrel vs a Douglas on the custom models..

Interesting Article..

G'Day Ripp,

Thanks for that link, very interesting!

On a similar theme, I recently ordered a Kimber 84L Montana in .25-06.

Merry Christmas

Morning Homer
and Merry Christmas....

That should be an awesome little gun...hope you have better luck with that order than I have with mine..I ordered the same in a 280 Ackley last spring..have not heard a word since...

I do have a Lex Webernick in 280 Ackley---with a Zeiss 4-14 weighs in right around 6lbs..Love that gun for doing backpack hunts...and works well on most anything here in Montana--deer, elk, bear...
