He must be back as my friend got an email but this was what happened

I had a email from Nitro this morn for activating account . When I tried I got this when opening the link.

We were unable to find the account to verify. If this account was registered over 24 hours ago then you will need to re-register as it has been deleted. Otherwise, please check your confirmation email and make sure you followed the link correctly.

I then registered and got an immediate response from website with a link to complete process and got the above message again when link was followed .

I emailed the contact email twice , once each after each failure .

There software must be awry !! :huh:
