I am sorry I have absolutely no idea at all. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

It is not these forums, it is Sony Imagestation.

I believe they may have bandwidth limits as well on some accounts and when exceeded they shut off offsite viewing.

I am also guessing they have opened "pipes" to some locations and sites. Maybe they 'discriminate' against 'foreign' based websites.

Also I believe they are moving to requiring membership only to view their photographs or already have that. When I first visited them you did not have to be a member just to view photographs.
