i agree that overpopulation is the major fault in most of the cases around the world, i think thats why the gods keep developing stuff like aids, ebola, bird flu and all the other nice stuff, just to adjust the pace a bit.
at least in india a tiger is permitted to eat a few people before anybody takes notice and shoot the critter.

p.s. i might be a dumb f**k but getting fried by a fence, thats a heavy duty fence. where could i get my hands on such a device.
