In several parts of India, especially in the Sunderbans, tigers live close to water bodies and actively hunt "Muggers" as we call crocodiles. It is usually a treat to watch a tiger hunt anything and though I have not seen one hunt a crocodile, and neither have I been lucky enough to see the documentary even though I am a BBC addict, I can imagine that it must have been spectacular.

No wonder Corbett described the tiger as the "gentleman of the forest".
