I shot over a dozen scrub bulls with a 6.5X55 and 140gn PMC factory ammo back when I was younger, they worked a treat as I took my time and placed my shots very very carefully.
However a more recent experience during a trip a few years ago after something went very wrong and with no vehicle close or anyone backing me up this time, has me thinking a little differently.
If I go after them again it will be with my 375H&H and a 270gn Woodleigh PP 300gn RN or even a Barnes 235gn TS depending on the range.
