Some of these animals act differently in different areas.
ie Scrub Bull - some are more accustomed to humans than others.

I think you got the list right. Maybe Banteng above Buffalo - scarcity, hard to get to area ?

Saltwater Crocs - IF they were legal, maybe on the difficulty scale but dangerous, only if YOU go into there territory / living space.
