Re Kangaroos, only those people with a licence can shoot them
but regardless, everyone shoots them and I am sure someone
will help you bag one !!!

By the way, if you can hit a roo on the run you can say you are doing
well - as you don't only have to contend with it going fast from L to R or R to L
but also up and down !!! The trick is to keep a constant line about chest high
and follow it as it moves, watching it until it settles into an even rythum and then shoot.
If you shoot when it first takes off, it will be going faster than normal and not in an
even rythum.

FYI, I know people who head shoot them on the run and it's impressive
