CChunter of course you do know that Australia is a big place but until you get here for a look its only then that you realise how big,take Kakadu Nat Park for instance it is 8ooo square miles--bigger than the whole of Wales and its prime hunting ground all locked up too.Many fella`s from the bigger cities think nothing of driving 10 hours at 100 kilometres an hour just to shoot a few pigs---fella`s i know go up north fishing each year and drive 3500 k`s for the pleasure---Marty is pulling your leg a bit with the 4 hours still in the `burbs stuff ,but then he`s not too far off the mark.We do have a lot of spread in our cities eg; Melbourne has only a couple of million people but is approx. fifty miles across counting the outer suburbs.And to you Nitro i was thinking the same thing re: your post to that young hunter that couldnt be bothered replying but here`s hoping that a few others benefit from it. |
