I wish if only I could make it after seeing your pics on the website it makes my mouth water one thing that does bother me is if I had to come over for a 3-4 week visit to AUS and I have one go and trying for sambar what would be my chances on Sambar or anythign else actually I suppose you have seasons as well ?

I would only be able to come early in the year so what is huntable then ?
