Welcome to the forums, mate. Any shotgun which bears only the district of manufacture, eg Eibar or Leige, is not likely to be of particularly high quality, however there are exceptions. I have seen many guns so-marked that were of utilitarian grade, made to a price for farmers, etc. If you can post photos, it would help, but don't get your expectations up too high regarding monetry value.
