I want everyone to know Craig Fegugson just called me and hunter from Canada just took a 27 inch Sambar. According to Craig he missed several stags before he got this one. It took seven days of hunting to final get him close enough so he couldn't miss. I won't mention the hunters name, but the hunter shot Sambar in the guts twice from 50 yards before he could make a killing shot. I wonder sometimes about who should be hunting out there in this world. Maybe it would be better stated, a hunter needs to practice shooting and know his rifle before going hunting.
