But instead of a leafy, cut up small leaf, chimichurri, I prefer the chimichurri run through a blender with a small amount of red chillis. Argentinian Salsa Criolla and Chimichurri go very well with grilled meat, steak, chops, sausages, roasts. Would be great with grilled or roasted buffalo. |
