Do you have the photos on a web site already?

Find out the address of the jpg or gif file on the web. Then use that and copy it and paste it under selecting the Image code below
[image ]http://yourphotodomain.com/directory/image.jpg[/image ]
(remove the spaces after the image word above to make it work)

Its also good to keep the picture at less than 100kb and ideally around 40 to 70 kb. Smaller for small pictures and thumbnails. That way they load faster.

If you have large photo files, which is good for printing, but unnecessary for the web, you can use software programmes such as XAT ( www.XAT.com/?r98 ), Corel and Adobe Photoshop etc to reduce the size and also compress the photos.
