Re: Croc kills British man, reopens hunting debate

Adam Taylor. A fair few station owners would be following the shoot, shovel and shut up rule. Even with a few getting picked off this way ,they are still building up. I know of a recent time where a property owner wanted a 19 foot trouble croc ,ummm ,dealt with. (hypotheticaly of course). If he had legitamate hunters in ,he could have made good money of it instead of letting it drop to the bottom. The general feeling is that they didnt mind it a while ago ,when they might loose on cow a month to crocs ,but with the numbers and sizes building up ,crocs are starting to go through a lot more cattle ,and occaisional tourist.
