People need to take responsibility for their actions. In a whole range of areas. While it is hard on relatives, their grief is their problem, not societies. No reason to rub it in people's faces of course, if you know you are talking to the relative. Forums are anonymous to a large extent. You never know who is out there so it is a problem. But these forums are always very reasonable in what is said. Life is tough sometimes. *** I still find it amazing that people go snorkelling or diving off the coast of the NT and then find it shocking when they get 'snapped'. I was talking to a couple of fellows recently and they were discussing the purchase of a new ski boat for the NT. I asked them where they went skiing? On the coast? They said, no way, they ski on some lake or resouvoir somewhere where there are no crocs. |
