Reptiles yes, fish no.
Crocs are definitely susceptible to cane toad poisoning, particularly the freshwater species, but I have caught both jungle perch and sooty grunters with well-digested toads in their guts and they fought the line as strongly as any game-fish (and I ate them!), so I presume barra are unaffected as well.
